    The comfortable bedding and included amenities like the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and hammam made our Christmas retreat unforgettable. the hotel's prime location near the city center allowed us to easily explore Medellin's vibrant cultural scene. the bilingual staff was attentive and friendly, enhancing our overall experience. the clean and spacious rooms, along with top-notch room service, added a touch of luxury to our holiday. the dinner at Tony Roma's was a culinary delight, complemented by the charming English-inspired ambiance of the hotel. We truly felt at home thanks to the engaging and helpful staff at Dann Carlton. the proximity to El Poblado and easy access to transportation made our adventures in Medellin even more convenient.
